摘  要:齿轮传动装置中箱体主要起支撑作用,其冲击激励传递特性对齿轮箱抗冲击性能影响显著。从仿真分析和试验验证两个方面开展典型箱体结构抗冲击特性研究,以DDAM法仿真分析箱体抗冲击特性及测点位置,采用仿真计算预测结果,并利用跌落式冲击试验机进行试验验证,对比分析冲击加速度响应、冲击应力应变等。研究表明箱体结构部分测点对冲击负载会产生放大或衰减作用,不同测点之间对冲击负载的响应大小及时间呈规律分布,通过对比分析,所采用的仿真分析方法具有一定的工程使用精度,仿真分析可以为结构设计提供数值基础。The gearbox supports the gear,bearing and other parts in gear transmission devices,and its transmission characteristics have a significant influence on the impact resistance performance of a gearbox.In the contactless impact environment,the impact load is transferred to the box structure through the foundation and gear.The resulting impact response has a great impact on the structure installation and gear engagement.In this paper,simulation analysis and test are conducted on impact resistant properties of a typical structure;The method of DDAM offers impact resistant properties and test points.According to the simulation result,the impact tests are conducted and the comparison between the simulation and the test is performed on the acceleration,stress and strain response.Studies shows that response of some points may be amplified or attenuated,and different points among the response to impact load distribute regularly by amplitude and time.through comparative analysis,the simulation analysis method has a certain precision in engineering,and simulation analysis can provide basis for gearbox design.
