摘  要:针对煤矿主煤流运输监控设备智能化程度较低的问题,设计并实现煤矿主煤流自动传输系统智能视觉监控设备。选定型号为GM8182控制器作为核心控制器,组装设备控制板,搭建系统框架,构建视频数据网,平衡主煤流系统的带宽压力,按照国标码的标准转换文件字节数据,设定任务触发校验,实现设计设备的视觉监控功能。搭建设备测试环境,输入煤矿主流系统数据,并联合调试测试模块,调用基于人眼视觉特性、目标跟踪以及所设计的视觉监控设备参与测试,测试结果表明所设计的视觉监控设备感知指标多,实际感知视觉信息效果佳。Aiming at the problem of low intelligence of coal mine main coal flow transportation monitoring equipment,the intelligent visual monitoring equipment of coal mine main coal flow automatic transmission system is designed and realized.GM8182 controller is selected as the core controller to assemble the equipment control board,build the system framework,build the video data network,balance the bandwidth pressure of the main coal flow system,convert the file byte data according to the national standard code,set the task trigger verification,and realize the visual monitoring function of the designed equipment.It builds the equipment test environment,inputs the mainstream system data of coal mine,jointly debugs the test module,and calls the visual monitoring equipment based on human visual characteristics,target tracking and designed to participate in the test.The test results show that the designed visual monitoring equipment has the most perception indicators,and the actual perception visual information effect is the best.
