摘　　要：传统低压注塑机是一个单体,生产及维护过程中需要消耗大量的资源,为此提出低压注塑机网络管理系统,可实时获得生产数据和设备状态信息,同时对设备生产参数进行设置管理。首先对系统网络拓扑和数据类型进行研究,设计合适的网络结构;根据系统结构要求设计控制器端网络接口电路及RT-Thread平台中LWIP协议通信线程;为提高人机交互友好程度,设计基于C#语言的服务器端管理系统软件。应用表明所述系统降低生产成本的同时有效提高生产部、设备部等部门的工作效率。The traditional low-pressure injection molding machine is a single body,need to consume a lot of resources in the process of production and maintenance,this paper presents a structure of network management system,this system can obtain the production data and equipment status information in real time,at the same time can be set on the device parameters of production management.This paper first conducts the research to the system network topology and data types,and then designs the communication thread LWIP protocol controller terminal network interface circuit and RT-Thread platform,finally introduces the software of server management system C#language development.The system can reduce the production cost and improve the efficiency of production department,equipment department and other departments.
