摘　　要：随着数字化时代的到来,图书馆面临日益增长的信息资源和用户需求,因此,如何提高图书馆服务的效率和质量成为待解决的问题。传统的图书馆服务往往存在资源管理不够精准、服务效率低下等问题,这些问题已成为图书馆普遍面临的挑战。而图书馆智能服务系统实现图书馆知识的组织和查询,并实现图书馆智能问答,它通过对图书馆中的信息进行分析和挖掘,将图书馆中的各种信息进行可视化展示,从而实现对图书馆服务的智能化管理和个性化推荐。With the advent of the digital era, libraries are faced on the increasing information resources and users demands, so how to improve the efficiency and quality of library services has become a problem to be solved. Traditional library services often have problems such as lack of precise resource management and low efficiency of services,which have become a common challenge for libraries. The library intelligent service system realizes the organizationand query of library knowledge, and realizes library intelligent question and answer, which analyzes and mines the information in the library and visualizes various information in the library, so as to realize the intelligent managementand personalized recommendation of library services.
