摘　　要：为规范证书管理发放,设计以Web服务为平台,通过调用Access数据库中信息,开发证书管理系统。本系统运行稳定、安全、可靠,具有查看证书整体情况、领取情况、证书去向等功能,提高考务工作者发放证书效率,达到证书发放管理要求。In order to standardize the release of certificate management,a certificate management system is developed based on Web service platform by calling the information in Access database.The system is stable,secure and reliable in operation,and possesses the functions of viewing the overall situation of the certificate,which improves the effi-ciency of the examination staffs in issuing the certificate and meets the requirements of competent authority.
