摘 要:采用偶联剂KH560对碱减量后的涤纶织物进行处理,再经原位沉积将石墨烯(rGO)和聚苯胺(PANI)负载于纤维表面,制得PANI/rGO/KH560@PET。采用四探针法测量织物表面电阻,并探究KH560质量浓度、氧化石墨烯沉积量和苯胺浓度对其导电性能的影响;通过扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪观察织物表面形貌及元素组成;通过傅里叶红外光谱及拉曼光谱分析织物表面化学结构;通过红外成像仪测试织物通电后的发热温度。结果表明:10 g/L KH560处理的涤纶织物经5 g/L GO分散液沉积7次,再经0.5 mol/L苯胺处理后,其导电性能相对较好,制备的PANI/rGO/KH560@PET织物方块电阻为0.33 kΩ/sq,在12 V电压下通电2 min,发热温度为67.6℃。The alkali reduced polyester fabric is treated with coupling agent KH560,and then reduced graphene oxide(rGO)and polyaniline(PANI)are loaded onto the fiber surface through in-situ deposition to prepare PANI/rGO/KH560@PET.The sheet resistance of fabrics are measured using the four-probe method,and the effects of KH560 mass concentration,graphene oxide deposition amount,and aniline concentration on sheet conductivity are explored.The surface morphology and elemental composition of the fabric are observed by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy.The surface chemical structure of the fabric is analyzed through Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy.The heating temperature of the fabric after being electrified is tested using an infrared imager.The results show that the polyester fabric treated with 10 g/L KH560 has relatively good conductivity after being deposited 7 times in 5 g/L GO dispersion solution and then treated with 0.5 mol/L aniline.The PANI/rGO/KH560@PET fabric has a sheet resistance of 0.33 kΩ/sq,and its heating temperature is 67.6°C at 12 V of voltage for 2 min.
