摘  要:以实验室自制的含磷、氮元素的有机硅阻燃剂为基础,引入长碳链烷基酰氯,成功合成了一种新型的有机硅阻燃拒水剂(GMOSW),并通过轧-烘-焙方法对涤纶织物进行后整理。极限氧指数和垂直燃烧测试结果表明,GMOSW整理涤纶织物的续燃时间、阴燃时间、炭损长度和LOI值分别提高到3.8 s、0 s、13.6 cm和27.9%,达到B1级。同时,整理后织物的静态接触角达到122.4°,拒水等级达到90分。KES风格测试表明,GMOSW能够有效提高整理后织物的手感。即使水洗12次,整理后的涤纶织物仍有较好的阻燃和拒水性能。A new type of flame-retardant and water-repellent agent(GMOSW)is successfully synthesized by introducing long carbon chain alkyl chloride based on the lab-made organosilicon flame retardant containing phosphorus and nitrogen elements.It is post-finished to polyester fabric with a pad-dry-cure process.The limiting oxygen index(LOI)and vertical combustion test results show that the afterflame time,afterglow time,damaged length and LOI values of finished polyester fabric are improved to 3.8 s,0.0 s,13.6 cm and 27.9%,respectively,reaching B1 level.Meanwhile,the static contact angle and water repellency grade reach 122.4°and 90 points,respectively.KES style test also demonstrates that GMOSW can effectively improve the hand feel of the finished fabric.Even after 12 washes,the finished polyester fabric still exhibits good flame-retardant and water-repellent properties.
