摘  要:以氨基化的埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚丙二醇2000(PPG2000)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)、2,2-双羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)以及3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)等作为主要原料,制备氨基化HNTs改性水性聚氨酯(WPU)材料。通过红外分析、力学测试、热重分析、流变分析、接触角及吸水率等方法,研究氨基化HNTs含量对WPU性能的影响。结果表明:与纯WPU相比,随氨基化HNTs含量的增加,HNTs改性WPU乳液黏度增大,胶膜热稳定性得到改善,疏水性能提高。当氨基化HNTs质量分数为2.5%时,改性WPU胶膜接触角达到95.15°,吸水率仅为11.11%;进一步提高氨基化HNTs质量分数到5%时,改性WPU力学性能最优,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别提高271%和38%。Aminated-halloysite nanotubes(HNTs),isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polypropylene glycol 2000(PPG2000),1,4-butanediol(BDO),trimethylolpropane(TMP),2,2-dihydroxymethylpropionic acid(DMPA),and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550)are used as the raw materials to prepare aminoated HNTs modified waterborne polyurethane(WPU).The effect of aminoated HNTs content on the performance of WPU is studied by infrared analysis,mechanical testing,thermogravimetric analysis,rheological analysis,contact angle,and water absorption.The results show that compared with pure WPU,with the increase of aminoated HNTs content,the viscosity of HNTs modified WPU emulsion increases,the thermal stability of the film is improved,and the hydrophobic property is improved.When the mass fraction of aminated HNTs is 2.5%,the contact angle of the modified WPU film is 95.15°,and the water absorption rate is only 11.11%.When the mass fraction of aminated HNTs is further increased to 5%,the mechanical properties of modified WPU are optimal with tensile strength and elongation at break increased by 271%and 38%,respectively.
