摘　　要：为改善锦纶酸性染料染色匀染性差和残液色度深的问题,自制匀染剂KR-2101,分析其对织物颜色特征值和上染性能的影响。结果表明:匀染剂KR-2101用于锦纶染色时,织物得色量高,染色残液的染料量少,染浅色和深色的合适质量浓度分别为1.5 g/L和1.0 g/L;匀染剂KR-2101有良好的缓染性和移染性能。To improve the poor levelness of nylon dyeings with acid dyes and deep chroma of residual bath,the self-made leveling agent KR-2101 is prepared and its effects on the color characteristic values and dyeing performance of fabrics are analyzed.The results show that when leveling agent KR-2101 is used for nylon dyeing,the color yield of the fabric is high,and the amount of dyes in the dyeing residue is low.The appropriate mass concentrations for dyeing light and dark shade are 1.5 g/L and 1.0 g/L,respectively.Leveling agent KR-2101 has good dyeing retardancy and migration performance.
