摘 要:球虫病是肉鸡规模化养殖中一种常见的寄生虫病,严重影响肉鸡生产性能,造成巨大经济损失。以往防治球虫病主要依靠抗球虫药物,但长期过量使用抗球虫药物会导致耐药虫株的广泛产生、药物残留和停药易复发等问题,反而制约肉鸡养殖业的健康发展。因此,单纯依靠药物防治球虫病将会愈发艰难,而通过免疫球虫疫苗进行预防球虫病将是家禽业未来绿色发展的必然要求。当前以细菌或病毒为载体的基因重组活载体疫苗成为预防鸡球虫病的新途径,因此本文对当前存在的几种肉鸡重组活载体球虫疫苗进行简析,旨在为鸡球虫免疫预防提供参考。Coccidiosis is a common parasitic disease in large-scale broiler breeding,which seriously affects the production performance and causes a severe economical loss.In the past,the prevention and control of coccidiosis mainly depended on anticoccidiosis drugs,but long-term abuse of anticoccidiosis drugs has lead to the generation of drug-resistant strains,drug residues and easy recurrence after drug withdrawal,which restricts the healthy development of broiler breeding industry.Therefore,solely relying on drugs to prevent and control coccidiosis will be more and more difficult.The use of coccidiosis vaccine to prevent coccidiosis will be an inevitable requirement for the future green development of poultry industry,and the current recombinant live carrier vaccine based on bacteria or viruses has become a new way to prevent chicken coccidiosis.In this paper,several recombinant live carrier coccidia vaccines of broiler chickens were briefly analyzed in order to provide reference for coccidia immunization prevention.
