高职院校药学专业学生就业现状调研及需求分析——以苏州卫生职业技术学院药学专业为例

摘　　要：苏州卫生职业技术学院(以下简称“我校”)药学专科毕业生的就业工作需要在“后疫情”时代进一步完善,同时为修订药学专业人才培养方案提供可靠的参考。利用专家访谈、调查问卷,在2021年7月至9月,向用人单位和2021届毕业生和实习生发放问卷,了解2021届药学专科毕业生的就业情况和用人单位未来2—3年的药学人才需求情况。调研发出2021届药学专业毕业生问卷350份,回收296份,回收率84.6%;带教老师问卷156份,回收153份,回收率为98.1%,用人单位科主任调查问卷43份,回收43份,回收率100%;实习生问卷484份,回收469份,回收率96.9%。结果表明,药学专业毕业生就业难度不大,每年药学专业毕业生都能获得良好的就业率;就业后也能得到就业单位的好评,因此,目前的办学水平能与人才培养需求较好地匹配。The employment of pharmacy graduates in Suzhou Vocational Health College(hereinafter referred to as"our school")needs to be further improved in the"post-epidemic"era,and provide a reliable reference for revising the training program for pharmacy professionals.This paper uses expert interviews and questionnaires to issue questionnaires to employers,graduates and interns from July to September 2021,in order to master the employment situation of pharmacy graduates from 2021 and the needs of pharmaceutical talents in the next 2-3 years.We sent out 350 questionnaires and recovered 296,with a recovery rate of 84.6%.We sent out 156 questionnaires to teachers and recovered 153 with a recovery rate of 98.1%.43 questionnaires to directors of employing units were recovered with a recovery rate of 100%.Of the 484 intern questionnaires,469 were recovered,with a recovery rate of 96.9%.The conclusion of this study is that the employment of pharmacy graduates in our school is not difficult,and the pharmacy graduates can obtain a good employment rate every year.After employment can also get the employer's praise.Therefore,the current level of education can be well matched with the needs of talent training.
