摘　　要：高校性别平等教育是实现立德树人根本任务的重要举措,也是贯彻落实男女平等基本国策的内在要求。新时代高校性别平等教育融入新时代高校思政课教学应以立德树人为根本遵循,以培养具有健全人性、创新精神和“四自”精神的新时代女大学生为主要目标。在思政课教学中融入性别平等教育,必需建立一支高水平且具有一定性别敏感度的思政教师队伍;在注重培养女大学生“四自”精神的同时,培养男大学生尊重、关爱女性的意识;创新教学方法,丰富性别平等教育的内容和形式。Gender equality education in universities is an important measure to achieve the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents,and also an inherent requirement for implementing the basic national policy of gender equality.The integration of gender equality education into ideological and political education in universities in the new era should be based on the fundamental principle of cultivating morality and talents,with the main goal of cultivating female college students in the new era with sound human nature,innovative spirit,and four-self spirit.To integrate gender equality education into ideological and political education,it is necessary to establish a high-level and gender sensitive team of ideological and political teachers.While emphasizing the cultivation of the"four-self spirit"among female college students,we cultivatea sense of respect and care for women among male college students.We innovate teaching methods and enrich the content and form of gender equality education.
