摘　　要：免疫胶体金诊断技术是以胶体金为示踪标记物应用于抗原抗体的一种体外诊断技术,具有反应迅速、操作简单、成本低、便携等优点。目前,免疫胶体金诊断技术广泛应用于医院、实验室、野外及公共场所的现场诊断。该文介绍了免疫胶体金诊断技术的基本原理、优缺点,并整理讨论了免疫胶体金诊断技术两种主要方法——免疫层析法和斑点金免疫渗滤法在国内外动物医学诊断中的应用研究现状。Immune colloidal gold diagnostic technology is an in vitro diagnostic technique using colloidal gold as a tracer marker applied to antigens and antibodies.It has the advantages of rapid response,simple operation,low cost and portability.At present,immune colloidal gold diagnostic technology is widely used in hospitals,laboratories,field and public places on-site diagnosis.This paper introduces the basic principle,advantages and disadvantages of immune colloidal gold diagnostic technology,and discusses the application research status of two main methods of immune colloidal gold diagnostic technology-immunochromatography and dot immunogold filtration in animal medical diagnosis at home and abroad.
