摘　　要：针对现有盘刹控制系统结构复杂,体积大、成本高,与能耗制动刹车冲突等问题,设计了石油钻井绞车驻车盘刹系统。驻车盘刹控制系统设在司钻房盘刹控制台上,通过I/0模块将现场数据接入到盘刹控制系统的PLC可编程控制器,参与逻辑控制。驻车盘刹控制系统按电控气或气控气方式实现。现场数据控制气液增压泵,气液增压泵通过供油管路为安全钳液缸供液,实现石油钻井绞车刹车与释放。驻车盘刹控制系统同时与钻机各防碰系统联动,完成防碰刹车功能,也可实现钻机使用中断气、断电状态下的紧急刹车保护。Aiming at the problems of complex structure,large volume,high cost and conflict with energy-consuming brake,the parking disc brake system of oil drilling draworks is designed.The parking disc brake control system is located on the disc brake control console of Driller's room,and the field data are connected to the PLC programmable controller through I/0 module,and participate in the logic control.The parking disc brake control system is realized by electric control or pneumatic control.Field data control gas-liquid booster pump,gas-liquid booster pump through the oil supply line for the safety clamp cylinder fluid supply,the realization of oil drilling draworks brake and release.At the same time,the parking disc brake control system is connected with the anti-collision system of the drilling rig to complete the anti-collision brake function and realize the emergency brake protection under the condition of gas interruption and power failure.
