摘　　要：液压翻转吊卡用于石油钻井作业中替代人工吊卡提放钻柱,其主要功能为吊卡开关、翻转、关闭随动及反馈扣合信号,一般需要至少5个控制油道,而目前大量装备油田的顶驱其旋转头仅有3个备用油道。为适应实际需要,设计了一种新型三控制通道液压翻转吊卡,从设计开发角度介绍了这种新型三控制通道液压翻转吊卡。Hydraulic rotary elevator can instead of the conventional manual mechanical elevator in drilling practice.Its functions are opening and closing of the faucets,rotating the elevator body,follow-up and feed back a sign to driller when the faucets are closed.There are at least five control pipes to implement the functions.The fact is that there are three control pipes in the top drives which have been working in oil field.In the paper,the author introduces the three control pipes hydraulic rotary elevator which is designed to solve the inadequate control pipes.
