摘  要:为了解决某公司在使用精冲机过程中废料剪出现的剪切速度较慢,回程冲击大,受力不均衡导致活塞杆与滑块连接处螺栓脱落等问题,进行了液压系统的优化设计。利用双泵供油、差动回路、插装阀和蓄能器实现快速、平稳运行。利用AMESim对液压系统进行仿真,分析插装阀开启压力和弹簧刚度的设计对系统平稳性的影响,以及蓄能器的使用消除系统压力波动的作用。通过仿真与实验研究,结果表明:新型液压系统剪切速度提升2.14倍,插装阀的开启压力设定0.4 MPa和蓄能器等效孔口直径设定10 mm,剪切更加平稳。In order to solve the problems of waste shear in the process of using fine blanking machine in a company:the shear speed is slow,the return impact is large,and the force is not balanced,resulting in the bolt falling off at the connection between the piston rod and the slider.In this paper,the hydraulic system is optimized for these problems,using double pump oil supply,differential loop,cartridge valve and accumulator to achieve fast and smooth operation.AMESim is used to simulate the hydraulic system,analyzing the influence of the design of cartridge valve opening pressure and spring stiffness on the system stability,and the effect of the use of accumulator to eliminate the pressure fluctuation of the system.Through simulation and experimental research,the results show that the shear speed of the new hydraulic system is increased by 2.14 times,the opening pressure of the cartridge valve is set to 0.4 MPa,and the equivalent orifice diameter of the accumulator is set to 10 mm.
