摘 要:飞机舵机电液负载模拟装置是一种时变非线性的多部件耦合控制系统,其内部的功能诊断具有很强的复杂性和不确定性。针对飞机舵机电液负载模拟装置故障诊断过程中出现诊断结果不稳定和精度不足的问题,在电液负载模拟装置的工作原理基础上,对不同特性的部件设计了基于时间触发和基于事件触发的故障计数器,采用故障阈值分段和故障事件分区的故障诊断策略进行故障诊断,最后在构建的故障注入实验环境中验证故障诊断策略的可靠性和准确性。实验结果表明,所设计的故障诊断策略能够提高飞机舵机电液负载模拟装置的故障诊断稳定性和准确性。The electro-hydraulic load simulator of aircraft steering gear is a time-varying nonlinear multi-component coupling control system,and its internal function diagnosis has strong complexity and uncertainty.Aiming at the problems of unstable diagnosis results and insufficient accuracy in the fault diagnosis process of the electro-hydraulic load simulation device of the aircraft steering gear,based on the working principle of the electro-hydraulic load simulation device,the fault counters based on time trigger and event trigger are designed for the components with different characteristics,Finally,the reliability and accuracy of the fault diagnosis strategy are verified in the fault injection experimental environment.The experimental results show that the designed fault diagnosis strategy can improve the stability and accuracy of the fault diagnosis of the electro-hydraulic load simulation device of the aircraft steering gear.
