中医康复管理在中西医正骨科护理管理中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析中医康复管理模式在中医护理管理中的价值。方法选择2021年1—12月在淄博市中心医院中西医正骨科工作的护理人员25名,2021年1—6月期间实施常规管理,设为对照组,2021年7—12月实施中医康复服务管理,设为观察组。比较两组护理人员专业成绩、护理管理能力评分、差错发生率、被表扬率及被投诉率。结果观察组中医正骨护理理论、中医正骨护理技能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中医正骨护理技术推广、中医正骨护理岗位培训、中医正骨护理文化建设、中医正骨护理单元质控评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组差错发生率、被投诉率均低于对照组,被表扬率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科采用中医康复服务管理模式有利于提高护理人员的中医正骨护理理论、中医正骨护理技能水平,提高护理管理能力,减少差错发生率。Objective To analyze the value of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation management mode in traditional Chinese medicine nursing management.Methods From January to December 2021,twenty-five nursing staff working in Department of Orthopaedics of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Zibo Central Hospital were selected.From January to June 2021,routine management was implemented and the control group was set up.From July to December 2021,the management of TCM rehabilitation management was implemented and the observation group was set up.The professional performance,nursing management ability score,error rate,praise rate and complaint rate of two groups of nursing staff were compared.Results The scores of TCM bone setting nursing theory and TCM bone setting nursing skill in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The promotion of TCM bone setting nursing technology,the post training of TCM bone setting nursing,the construction of TCM bone setting nursing culture and the quality control scores of TCM bone setting nursing unit in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The error rate and complaint rate of the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the praise rate was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM rehabilitation management mode in orthopedics is conducive to improving the theory of TCM bone setting nursing,the skill level of TCM bone setting nursing,improving the ability of nursing management,reducing the incidence of errors.
