摘　　要：目的分析在妇产科手术室护士管理中,PDCA循环管理的实施价值及具体方法。方法选取2021年10月—2022年10月长沙市妇幼保健院妇产科手术室30名护士为研究对象,以不同管理方法分为对照组和研究组,各15名,分别实施常规管理及PDCA循环管理措施。分析两组妇产科手术室护士业务技能、考核成绩以及对管理措施满意度。结果研究组护士业务技能高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理实施后,护理人员的满意度较高,对其考核成绩、业务技能均具促进作用,可推广。Objective To analyze the implementation value and specific methods of PDCA cycle management in the management of nurses in obstetrics and gynecology operating room.Method From October 2021 to October 2022,30 nurses from the operating room of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Changsha Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into control group and study group by different management method with 15 nurses each,and routine management and PDCA cycle management measures were implemented respectively.The professional skills,assessment results and satisfaction of nurses in the obstetrics and gynecology operating room were analyzed.Results The professional skills of nurses in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The assessment results of the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the implementation of PDCA cycle management,the satisfaction of nursing staff is high,and it can promote their assessment scores and professional skills,which can be popularized.
