花都地区工作场所职业病危害因素监测情况研究

摘　　要：目的对花都地区工作场所职业病危害因素监测情况进行分析,旨在及时发现与职业相关的身体异常情况,以便及时治疗。方法抽取2022年1—12月花都区重点行业企业40家进行职业病危害监测工作,对劳动者职业病危害因素分布及接触情况、职业病防护设施情况、职业病防护用品配备及发放情况进行分析。结果防尘设施、防毒设施、防噪音设施防护效果中有效分别为29家、35家、29家;防尘口罩、防毒口罩或面具、防噪音耳塞或耳罩佩戴效果中有效分别为22家、21家、27家;67.5%的企业配备防护用品。主要表现为大中型企业较为重视,小微企业对职业病防护设施的设置上重视不够,很少有配备相应的职业病防护用品。结论工作场所职业病危害因素监测的实施有效率高,方便实施针对性的预防措施,正确佩戴相应的个人防护用品,降低职业危害的发生,最大限度保障工作人员机体健康。Objective To analyze the monitoring situation of occupational hazards in workplaces in Huadu area,in order to find out the occupational related physical abnormalities in time and facilitate timely treatment.Methods From January to December 2022,40 enterprises in key industries in Huadu District were selected for occupational disease hazard monitoring,and the distribution and exposure of workers'occupational disease hazard factors,occupational disease prevention facilities,and the allocation and distribution of occupational disease prevention articles were analyzed.Results The effective protection effects of dust-proof facilities,anti-poison facilities and anti-noise facilities were 29,35 and 29 respectively.The effective wearing effects of dust masks,gas masks or masks,noise proof earplugs or earmuffs were 22,21 and 27 respectively;67.5%of enterprises are equipped with protective equipment.The main performance is that large and medium-sized enterprises pay more attention to the setting of occupational disease prevention facilities,and small and micro enterprises pay less attention to the setting of occupational disease prevention facilities,and are rarely equipped with corresponding occupational disease prevention supplies.Conclusion The implementation of monitoring of occupational hazards in the workplace has a high effective rate,which is convenient for the implementation of targeted preventive measures,the correct wearing of corresponding personal protective equipment,reducing the occurrence of occupational hazards,and ensuring the health of staff to the greatest extent.
