摘　　要：目的探讨医院医疗设备科学运维管理对策。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月上海中医药大学附属曙光医院医学装备部的医疗设备及12名运维管理人员为研究对象,2021年1—12月实施常规管理模式设为对照组,2022年1—12月实施PDCA循环管理模式设为研究组。比较两组医疗设备的工作情况、维修管理执行率。结果两组医疗设备的工作情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组医疗设备维修管理执行率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用PDCA循环管理的模式,可以确保设备的完整率,在出现异常情况时可以得到及时的修护,使设备在正常完好的情况下运行,也将设备运维管理有效落实。Objective To explore the scientific operation and maintenance management measures of hospital medical equipment.Methods Medical equipment and 12 operation and maintenance management personnel from the Medical Equipment Department of Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The conventional management mode implemented from January to December 2021 was set as the control group,and the PDCA cycle management mode implemented from January to December 2022 was set as the research group.The working condition,maintenance management implementation rate of the two groups of medical equipment were compared.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the working conditions of the two groups of medical equipment(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the implementation rate of computerized maintenance management system of medical equipment between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of PDCA cycle management mode can ensure the integrity of the equipment,and timely repair can be obtained in case of abnormal conditions,so that the equipment can operate in normal condition,and the equipment operation and maintenance management can be effectively implemented.
