实验室耗材采购与管理模式的思考与探讨

摘　　要：实验室耗材是实验室开展各项研究工作的物质基础,如何对实验室耗材进行科学采购和管理,对降低实验室运营成本,保障实验室环境安全、人员安全及实验结果的正确均具有重要作用。传统实验室耗材采购及管理中存在诸多问题。基于此,本研究对江苏省血吸虫病防治研究所内实验耗材的采购及管理中存在的问题进行探讨,对探索的解决方案进行总结、阐述,以期为研究所实验耗材的采购及管理模式的构建和进一步完善提供更多的支持和参考。Laboratory consumables are the material basis of laboratory research work,and scientific procurement and management of laboratory consumables play an important role in reducing laboratory operating costs,ensuring the safety of laboratory environment,personnel safety and correct experimental results.There are many problems in the procurement and management of traditional laboratory consumables.Based on this,this study discusses the problems in the procurement and management of laboratory consumables in Jiangsu Institute of Schistosomiasis Control,and summarizes and elaborates on the solutions explored in order to provide more support and reference for the construction and further improvement of the procurement and management mode of laboratory consumables in our institute.
