摘  要:河北某铅锌矿铅品位1.12%,锌品位3.35%,现场采用先选铅后选锌的优先浮选流程。铅尾矿进行选锌时,使用硫酸铜作为锌的活化剂,丁基黄药作为锌捕收剂,石灰作为矿浆pH值调整剂。通过试验,采用新型药剂TL-601作为锌捕收剂,选铅尾矿采用硫酸铜活化后直接进行浮选,不需要添加石灰作为矿浆pH值调整剂,节省了大量的石灰,取得了较好的选矿指标。The lead-zinc mineral in Hebei has lead grades of 1.12%and zinc grades of 3.35%.The selective flotation flowsheet of selecting lead first and then zinc is adopted on site,when floating zinc from lead tailings,copper sulfate is used as an activator for zinc,butyl xanthate is used as a beneficiation collector,and lime is used as a pH regulator for the slurry.A new reagent TL-601 is used as a zinc collector in experiment,without adding lime as a slurry pH regulator,the lead tailings are directly flotated after being activated with copper sulfate,which is not only saves a large amount of lime but also achieves ideal beneficiation indicators.
