摘  要:采用体式显微镜、扫描电镜、显微硬度仪等设备分析了7B04铝合金飞机襟副翼操纵摇臂固定下接耳的断口微观组织形貌,研究发现7B04合金制备飞机襟副翼操纵摇臂固定下接耳的开裂为疲劳断裂,裂纹源于耳孔底面的边缘。The fracture surface microstructure of the fixed lug of the aircraft flapper aileron control rocker made of 7B04 alloy was analyzed using equipment such as optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,and microhardness tester.It was found that the cracking of the fixed lug of the aircraft flapper aileron control rocker made of 7B04 alloy was a fatigue fracture,and the crack origi‐nated from the edge of the ear hole surface.
