摘　　要：电解铜阳极板整形机组是对电解铜阳极板的飞边突起、板面和吊耳变形进行整形,并且按照阳极板重量和厚度进行选择分类的机组,它能显著提高电解铜的质量和生产效率。河南中原黄金冶炼厂有限责任公司采用的是欧盟阳极板整形机组,一些零部件由于存在设计缺陷或不适合工况而多次损坏,采购进口备件,存在价格高、购买周期长、占用资金较大的缺点,给设备的管理和维护带来很大困难。分析了欧盟阳极整形机组在工作中零部件出现问题的原因,对部分零部件进行改进后,达到了进口备件国产化并降低机组备件成本的目的。The shaping unit for electrolytic copper anode plate is one which can reshape the flash protrusion,plate surface and lifting lug deformation of electrolytic copper anode plate,and select and classify according to the weight and thickness of the anode plate,it can significantly improve the quality and production efficiency of electrolytic copper.Henan Zhongyuan Gold Smelter Co.,Ltd.adopts the European Union anode plate shaping unit,some parts are damaged for many times because of design defects or not suit‐able for working conditions,purchase imported spare parts,it has the disadvantages of high price,long purchase cycle and large capi‐tal,which brings great difficulties to the management and maintenance of equipment.This paper analyzes the causes of the problems of the parts in the work of the anode shaping unit in the European Union.After some parts are improved,the aim of making the im‐ported spare parts domestically and reducing the spare parts cost of the unit is achieved.
