摘  要:赤马山铜矿尾矿库建于1960年,在生产运行过程中该尾矿库的坝体历经加高、库内尾砂回采、坝体再次加高、库区整改治理,闭库前尾矿库堆积标高约为105 m,总坝高29 m,库内堆存尾矿约85×10^(4)m^(3),总库容为106×10^(4)m^(3),属于四等库。该矿尾矿库停用后,存在局部边坡陡峭、库区滩面积水、溢洪道堵塞等问题,为了保护库区生态环境及维持库区下游长久安全,对排洪设施、库区滩面、边坡、在线观测设施等进行了闭库治理,并对尾矿库整体进行了生态修复。The tailing reservoir of Chimashan Copper Mine was built in 1960,and its dam height was increased during copper mine tailing discharging or re-use extracting in the past six decades.Before the closure,the elevation of the tailing reservoir was about 105 m,dam height was 29 m,tailings storage inside was 85×10^(4)m^(3) with a total storage capacity of 106×10^(4)m^(3),then it is defined to the fourth class tailing reservoir.Since it was decided to stop operation it had some safety and ecological environment problems such as steep slopes,water pools in the reservoir beach area,spillway blockage,etc.In order to protect the ecological environment of the reservoir area and maintain long-term safety in the downstream area of it,the flood drainage facilities,reservoir beach surface,dam slope,online observation facilities,etc.were rebuilt or re-treated which promise the good safety and ecological restoration.
