摘 要:低低跟踪重力卫星在全球重力获取、反演应用等方面有着重要的战略作用,我国已布局相关卫星的研制建设。为确保未来我国自主低低跟踪重力卫星系统的高效稳定运行,重点对GRACE及其后续星组GRACE-FO卫星的组织模式和管理机制进行了系统梳理与总结分析。基于我国重力卫星技术发展研究现状,对未来卫星运行管理模式进行了探讨分析,给出了实用的工程运行管理建议,可为后续卫星运行管理提供参考借鉴。Low-Low Satellite-Satellite Tracking Gravity Satellite plays an important strategic role in global gravity acquisition and inversion application.China has also arranged the development and construction of relevant satellites.In order to ensure the efficient and stable operation of China's autonomous Low-Low Satellite-Satellite Tracking Gravity Satellite in the future,this paper focuses on systematically ordering the organization mode and management mechanism of GRACE(Gravity Recovery And Climate Experiment)Satellite and its subsequent satellite group GRACE-FO(Gravity Recovery And Climate Experiment-Follow on)satellite,summarizing and analyzing the characteristics of its operation and management.Based on the development and research status of gravity satellite technology in China,the future satellite operation management mode is discussed and analyzed.And the practical engineering operation management suggestions are given,which can provide technical reference for subsequent satellite operation.
