摘  要:目的 通过Meta分析的方法比较纳米碳与传统示踪剂亚甲蓝在乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检(SLNB)中的应用效果。方法 本研究在中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed、Cochrane Library搜索纳米碳与亚甲蓝在乳腺癌前哨淋巴结(SLN)中应用的随机对照试验的相关文献,检索时间从数据库建立至2022年12月,按照纳入与排除标准进行文献筛选,提取相关数据,进行文献质量评价,对符合标准的文献采用Review Manager 5.4软件进行统计分析,比较两种方法对SLN的检出率及检测灵敏度、准确度和假阴性率。结果 共纳入23篇文献(2 411例患者),结果显示,纳米碳组的SLN检出率和检测准确度均高于亚甲蓝组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组检测灵敏度和假阴性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在SLNB中,纳米碳的灵敏度和假阴性率与亚甲蓝相当,但其SLN检出率与检测准确度均优于亚甲蓝。Objective The application effects of nano carbon and methylene bluein sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB)of breast cancer were compared by Meta analysis.Methods In this paper,literature related to randomized controlled trials on the applicationof nano carbon and methylene blue in SLN of breast cancer was searched on CNKI,WanfangDatabase,VIP database,PubMed and Cochrane Library.The retrieval time was from theestablishment of the database to December 2022,and literature was screened according toinclusion and exclusion criteria.Relevant data were extracted to evaluate literature quality,Review Manager 5.4 software was used for statistical analysis of documents conforming to thestandards.The detection rate,sensitivity,accuracy and false negative rate for SLN of the twomethods were compared.Results A total of 23 articles(2411 patients)were included,andthe results showed that the detection rate and accuracy of the nano carbon group were higherthan those of the methylene blue group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in sensitivity and false negative rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Nano carbon are comparable to methylene blue in sensitivity and falsenegative rate,but are superior to methylene blue in detection rate and accuracy.
