高校联盟的专利申请趋势与技术主题对比分析——以中国C9与美国常春藤联盟高校为例

摘　　要：高校作为国家科技创新体系的重要组成部分,是知识创造和知识传播的重要组织。如何通过产学研合作以及专利布局推动技术转移与转化,促进资源共享与科技创新,是高校创新发展中面临的机遇与挑战。战略联盟是实现高校协同创新的有效机制,也是当前区域高等教育发展的新趋势。以incoPat数据库为检索和分析工具,对国内外高校机构联盟(中国C9、美国常春藤联盟)的专利申请趋势、高价值专利、主要技术领域和主要技术主题进行分析,并对高校联盟进行多维度对比分析,为高校专利布局和技术创新以及高校联盟的建设发展提供建议和对策。对比分析发现,高校联盟之间可以在相同技术领域下探讨学科热点、学科前沿以及新型技术主题,进一步促进学术交流和知识共享。As an important part of national science and technology innovation system,universities are important organizations of knowledge creation and knowledge dissemination.How to promote technology transfer and transformation through industry-university-research cooperation and patent layout,and promote resource sharing and technological innovation are the opportunities and challenges in the innovation and development of colleges and universities.Strategic alliance is an effective mechanism to achieve collaborative innovation in universities,and it is also a new trend in the development of regional higher education.With the incoPat database as the retrieval and analysis tool,this paper analyzes the patent application trend,high-value patents,main technical fields and main technical themes of the domestic and foreign university institutional alliances(China C9 and the Ivy League of America),and makes multidimensional comparative analysis on university alliances,and provides suggestions and countermeasures for the patent layout and technological innovation of universities and the construction and development of university alliances.Through comparative analysis,it is found that university alliances can explore subject hotspots,subject frontiers and new technology topics in the same technical field,and further promote academic exchanges and knowledge sharing.
