红色文化融入旅游管理类研究生教育的效果评价——基于熵值-模糊综合评价法

摘　　要：以高等院校旅游管理类师生为研究对象,运用熵值法和模糊综合评价法评价红色文化融入研究生教育的效果.结果表明,25.89%师生认为自身所处院校红色文化融入旅游管理类研究生教育的效果非常好,41.92%师生认为融入效果比较好,32.19%师生认为融入效果不佳.要提升红色文化融入旅游管理类研究生教育的效果,必须优化高等院校旅游管理研究生人才培养方案,大力推动红色文化“三进”工作,创新和优化旅游管理研究生教育内容和形式,促进红色文化有机融入旅游管理研究生“三全育人”体系,大力加强旅游管理类学科和专业师资队伍建设,推动旅游管理类人才培养高质量发展.Taking tourism management graduate students of colleges and universities as the research object,this research uses entropy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the effect of integrating revolutionary culture into tourism management graduate education.The results showed that 25.89%of the teachers and students think the effect is very good,41.92%of the teachers and students think the effect is good,32.19%of the teachers and students think the effect is not good.Therefore,to improve the effect of integrating revolutionary culture into tourism management graduate education,it is necessary to optimize the tourism management graduate student education program,incorporate revolutionary culture into coursebook,class,and ideology,innovate and optimizate tourism management graduate student education content and form,and promote the"three whole education"system.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of tourism management disciplines and professional teachers to promote the high-quality development of tourism management personnel training.
