摘  要:湖南东方红建设集团科技创新中心项目1#办公楼采用框架-剪力墙结构体系,为V形柱支撑大跨度叠层空腹桁架的复杂受力结构,较多地采用了型钢混凝土或钢结构构件。为了实现建筑的悬浮效果和良好的室内净高要求,在36m大跨度区域采用了型钢混凝土叠层空腹桁架,仅在不影响建筑使用功能的桁架底层端部设置了斜腹杆,提高空腹桁架的受力性能和材料利用率。重点论述了结构选型和针对薄弱环节的加强措施,对关键构件和节点进行了详细分析。结果表明:结构受力合理,能够实现多道设防的抗震性能目标,大震作用下关键构件保持弹性或不屈服,关键节点构造合理,结构安全度高,有足够的安全储备。The No.1 office building of Science and Technology Innovation Center of Hunan Dongfanghong Construction Group was adopted frame-shear wall structural system,which is a complex force-bearing structure with integration of large-span laminated vierendeel truss upon V-shape column,as well as wide use of steel reinforced concrete and steel members.The steel reinforced concrete laminated vierendeel truss is applied in the 36m large-span area to achieve the suspension effect of the building and the requirement of a good interior net storey height.While diagonal web members are only used in the bottom ends of the truss to increase mechanical performance and material utilization without affecting the building’s application functions.The selection of structure and the strengthening measures for weak links were emphasized,and key components and nodes were analyzed in detail.The results show that the structure has the advantages in reliable mechanical force to achieve multi-defense anti-seismic property.The key components remain elastic or unyielding in strong earthquakes.The key nodes are with reasonable structures in high safety degree and sufficient emergency capacity.
