摘　　要：某办公楼5层至屋面连体,9~16层局部挑空,且存在扭转、凹凸、楼板不连续、尺寸突变、构件间断5种不规则项,属于特别不规则的超限高层建筑。为实现9~16层挑空且通透的建筑效果,采用各层弱相关的悬挂结构体系,各悬挂楼层通过独立的钢拉杆直接与屋顶转换桁架相连,而下部悬挂楼层不与上部楼层直接相连。连接体楼板未执行《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》(JGJ 3-2010)关于板厚的规定,楼板应力分析结果表明,楼板能够可靠地传递水平力。采用水平交叉支撑和加大配筋的措施对连接体进行加强。针对各层弱相关悬挂结构的特点,提出了恰当的施工次序实现结构优化。对钢拉杆连接节点、幕墙节点等关键节点进行了特殊设计,实现了各悬挂楼层弱相关的设计理念。An office building has a connected structure from the 5th floor to the roof,and the 9~16th floors are partially empty,and it is a special irregular high-rise out-of-code building with five out-of-code items,such as torsional irregularity,concave convex irregularity,floor slab discontinuity,dimension mutation and component discontinuity.In order to realize the hollow and transparent architectural effect of the 9~16th floors,the building adopted a weakly related of each floors suspension structure system,and each suspended floor was directly connected to the roof transfer trusses through independent steel tie rod,the lower suspended floor was not directly connected to the upper floor.The floor stress analysis results show that the floor can reliably transmit horizontal forces with slab thickness of the connected structure did not carry out the relevant provisions of Technical specification for concrete structures of tall building(JGJ 3-2010).Horizontal cross brace and increasing reinforcement were used to strengthen the connected structure.According to the characteristics of the structure with weakly related of each floors,proper construction sequences were proposed to optimize the structure.The key nodes such as steel tie rod connection nodes and curtain wall nodes were specially designed to realize the design concept of weakly related between each suspended floor.
