摘  要:某高层连体结构采用各层弱相关的悬挂结构体系,屋顶转换桁架悬挂8层以实现建筑挑空的造型。采用有限元软件MIDAS Gen对悬挂结构进行施工模拟分析,真实模拟了悬挂结构体系的成形过程,反映了结构各阶段的真实受力状态。通过对比分析证明用YJK等效模型进行结构设计是偏于安全的。两种施工方案的分析结果对比表明:采用施工控制措施实现了悬挂楼层钢梁的内力重分布,优化了梁高,具有较好的经济性和实用性。通过分析确定了屋顶转换桁架起拱值、楼层钢梁起拱值及钢拉杆的下料长度,避免了因楼面找平而造成楼面装修超载,保证了结构安全。通过计算确定了装修荷载及活荷载作用下相邻楼层的相对变形,验证了幕墙龙骨间隙取值的合理性。A high-rise connected structure adopted suspension structure system with weakly related of each floor.The roof transfer trusses suspending 8 floors realized the partially empty architectural style.The construction simulation analysis was carried out by using finite element software MIDAS Gen which could truly simulate the forming process and reflect the real force state of the suspension structure at each stage.The comparative analysis proved that it is safe to use the YJK equivalent model for structural design.The comparison of the analysis results of the two construction schemes shows that construction control measures could redistribute the force of the steel beam on the suspended floors and optimize the beam height,and have good economy and practicability.Through the analysis,the arching value of the roof transfer truss,the arching value of the steel beams and the cutting length of the steel tie rod were determined,which avoided the overload of the floor decoration and ensured the safety of the structure.The relative deformation of adjacent floors under the decoration load and live load was determined,and the rationality of the value of the curtain wall keel gap was verified.
