摘  要:恒丰贵阳中心1号塔楼建筑高度为373.6m,采用钢管混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒混合结构体系。主体结构存在超过混合结构最大适用高度、扭转不规则、局部转换等不规则项,属于多项超限高层结构。分析了不同嵌固端的设置、加强层封闭环带桁架的设置、核心筒角部与外框架柱相连的楼面梁的连接方式对结构性能的影响,并根据结构的性能目标,开展了中震弹性分析和大震作用下的弹塑性分析。结果表明,结构设计合理,中震作用下双向层间位移角分布具有规律性,结构整体有着较富余的刚度和承载力,满足中震抗震性能目标的要求;大震作用下结构主要抗侧力构件没有发生严重破坏,部分构件屈服耗能,结构性能满足抗震设防性能目标的要求;收缩徐变使高层建筑结构产生较大的竖向变形,必须对结构进行考虑收缩徐变的施工过程分析。The height of No.1 Tower of Hengfeng Guiyang Center is 373.6m,and concrete-filled steel tube frame-concrete core tube hybrid structure system was adopted.The main structure has irregularities such as exceeding the maximum applicable height of hybrid seructure,irregular torsion and partial conversion,which belong to an out-of-code high-rise building.The influence of the setting of different embedded ends and reinforced closed belted trusses,and the connection mode of the floor beams connecting the corners of the core tube to the external frame columns on the structural performance were analyzed.According to seismic performance design,the elastic analysis under the moderate earthquakes and elastoplastic analysis under the action of major earthquakes were studied in detail.The research results show that the structure design is reasonable,the inter-story displacement angle distribution is regular under the action of moderate earthquakes,and the structure has more surplus rigidity and bearing capacity,which meets the requirements of the moderate earthquake resistance target.Under the major earthquake,the main lateral force-resisting members of the structure did not suffer serious damage and some members yielded energy consumption.The structure performance meets the requirements of the seismic fortification performance objectives.Shrinkage and creep cause large vertical deformation of high-rise building structure,so it is necessary to conduct construction simulation analysis considering shrinkage and creep of the structure.
