摘 要:天津中海城市广场(四期)主塔楼建筑高度344m,结构高度325.7m。经过对巨柱-核心筒,框架-核心筒和密柱-核心筒等外框体系方案的比选分析,选择了与建筑外立面匹配的环带桁架+倾斜密柱+核心筒混合结构体系。外周框架柱沿外立面四周整体顺时针倾斜约1.75°,与外立面幕墙立柱统一考虑,形成结构柱与幕墙一体化设计。整体倾斜的外框体系在重力作用下对核心筒形成附加扭矩的影响,经过详细分析比较,在控制合理的倾斜角度前提下,该扭矩对核心筒以及整体塔楼的影响很小。对斜柱起始楼层的楼板进行详细分析并采取相应加强措施。塔楼核心筒沿竖向有两次收进,设计过程中采用外墙退进的方式避免墙体的转换,并对核心筒进行了中震抗拉验算和采取对应的加强措施。计算分析和设计表明,密柱框架在高烈度区具有良好的抗震性能,可大幅减小框架柱尺寸和核心筒墙体的厚度,减小核心筒内的型钢含量。The main tower of Tianjin China Overseas City Plaza(Phase IV)has a height of 344m and a structural height of 325.7m.After comparing and analyzing the exterior frame system schemes such as mega column-core tube,frame-core tube,and dense column-core tube,a mixed structure system of belt truss,inclined dense column,and core tube was selected to match the exterior facade of the building.The overall clockwise inclination of the outer frame columns along the perimeter of the exterior facade is about 1.75°,which is considered uniformly with the curtain wall columns of the exterior facade,forming an integrated design of structure columns and curtain walls.The overall inclined outer frame system has an impact on the additional torque formed by the core tube under the action of gravity.After detailed analysis and comparison,under the premise of controlling a reasonable tilt angle,the torque has little impact on the core tube and the overall tower.A detailed analysis of the floor slab on the starting floor of the inclined column conducted and the corresponding strengthening measures was taken.The core tube of the tower has two vertical setback,and the design process adopts the method of external wall setback to avoid wall transfer.Moderate earthquake seismic load case has been considered and corresponding strengthening measures have been taken.The calculation analysis and design indicate that the dense column frame has good seismic performance in high intensity areas,which can significantly reduce the size of the frame column and the thickness of the core tube wall,and reduce the steel tonnage inside the core wall.
