摘 要:综合管廊按照人防要求设计,可以为城市安全运行提供更多保障。以厦门市邮轮母港片区地下综合管廊工程为例,按照《厦门市城市综合管廊工程人民防空设计导则》的要求,进行综合管廊的人防设计,重点分析管廊人员出入口和通风吊装口的人防设计构造,提出管廊口部结构人防设计的措施。结合管廊结构人防工程的相关规范,介绍管廊结构战时工况的荷载取值,重点分析战时工况下等效静荷载的取值。结合综合管廊的MIDAS模型,进行综合管廊结构标准段、人员出入口和通风吊装口的内力计算及结构验算。结果表明,管廊的不利弯矩及剪力集中在板的长边夹角处,薄弱部位主要位于底板与侧墙的交界处,据此提出管廊结构人防设计的优化建议。该综合管廊的人防设计方法和思路可为其他管廊工程的人防建设提供借鉴。Comprehensive pipe gallery is designed according to the requirements of civil air defense,which can provide more guarantee for the safe operation of the city.Taking the underground comprehensive pipe gallery project in the cruise home port area of Xiamen as an example,according to the requirements of the Guide for civil air defence of urban utility tunnel engineering of Xiamen,the civil air defense design of the comprehensive pipe gallery was carried out,the civil air defense design structure of the personnel entrance and exit of the pipe gallery and the ventilation hoisting opening were mainly analyzed,and the civil air defense design measures of the structure at the entrance of the pipe gallery were put forward.Combined with the relevant specifications of civil air defense engineering of pipe gallery structure,the load value of pipe gallery structure under wartime conditions was introduced,and focuses on the value of equivalent static load under wartime conditions.Combined with the MIDAS model of the comprehensive pipe gallery,the internal force calculation and structural checking calculation of the standard section of the comprehensive pipe gallery structure,personnel entrance and exit and ventilation hoisting opening were carried out.The results show that the unfavorable bending moment and shear force of the pipe gallery is concentrated at the angle between the long side of the plate,and the weak parts is mainly located at the junction of the bottom plate and the side wall.Based on this,optimization suggestions for the civil air defense design of the pipe gallery structure were proposed.The civil air defense design method and idea of the comprehensive pipe gallery can provide reference for other pipeline corridor construction.
