摘　　要：目的了解北京市丰台区老年人接种免费23价肺炎球菌多糖疫苗(PPV23)的影响因素,为推进这一惠民政策提供理论依据。方法采取1∶1配对原则,调查接种组和未接种组各200名65周岁以上的本市户籍老年人,调查两组老年人对PPV23的认知态度及影响因素。结果未接种老年人中40.00%未听说过PPV23,35.83%听说过PPV23的老年人在新型冠状病毒感染疫情后仍拒绝接种。接种过流感疫苗(OR=15.640,95%CI:3.013~81.188,P=0.001)、认为疫苗有效(OR=32.035,95%CI:3.779~271.561,P=0.001)的老年人更可能接种PPV23。结论老年人对PPV23知晓率和接受度不高,需借助流感疫苗接种宣传平台等多途径对老年人加大宣传力度,提高认知水平。Objective To study the influencing factors on free vaccination of Pneumococcal 23-valent polysaccharide vaccine(PPV23)among 400 seniors aged 65 and above in Fengtai district,Beijing and to provide theoretical basis for promoting the beneficial policy to the public.Methods A case-control study was carried out to investigate the attitudes and influencing factors among 200 elderly people who had received PPV23 and 200 elderly people who had not received PPV23(control group)with questionnaire.Results In the control group,40.00%of people who had never heard of PPV23 while 35.83%of the remaining still refused to be vaccinated after the COVID-19 epidemic.The elderly people with influenza vaccination history(OR=15.640,95%CI:3.013-81.188,P=0.001),and those with confidence in the preventive effect of PPV23(OR=32.035,95%CI:3.779-271.561,P=0.001)were more likely to receive PPV23 vaccination.Conclusions The awareness and acceptance rate of PPV23 among elderly were not high.It is necessary to take advantage of influenza vaccine publicity platform to expand the publicity and improve the cognitive level of PPV23 among the elderly.
