摘　　要：目的研究5次坐立试验(FTSST)可否作为老年经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)病人术后心功能及生活质量(QoL)改善的预测指标。方法纳入143例年龄65~80岁行PCI治疗的老年冠心病病人,收集病人PCI治疗前后FTSST时间、心功能指标的变化,并随访记录PCI后3个月的QoL评分。结果PCI治疗后病人的FTSST用时显著降低(P<0.05),而心功能分级、LVEF及氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-ProBNP)水平治疗前后差异均无统计学意义。随访3个月后,PCI病人QoL评分明显改善,PCI后FTSST时间与QoL评分呈正相关。经校正不同危险因素后,PCI后FTSST时间是术后3个月QoL改善的独立相关因素。结论FTSST可以作为老年冠心病病人PCI术后QoL的简单易行的预测指标。Objective To investigate whetheRfive-times sit-to-stand test(FTSST)can be used as a predictoRof cardiac function and quality of life(QoL)in the elderly patients afteRpercutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 143 elderly patients aged 65-80 years who underwent PCI were enrolled in the study.The changes of FTSST time and cardiac function before and afteRPCI were observed,and the score of QoL was recorded before and 3 months afteRPCI.Results AfteRPCI,FTSST time was significantly reduced,and QoL score was significantly improved afteR3 months of follow-up.There were no significant differences in the levels of LVEF and NT-ProBNP before and afteRPCI.FTSST time was positively correlated with QoL score afteRPCI.AfteRadjusting otheRfactors,FTSST time afteRPCI was independently associated with improved QoL 3 months afteRPCI.Conclusions FTSST can be used as a simple predictoRof QoL in the elderly patients afteRPCI.
