摘　　要：通过对德国、日本、韩国农村养老服务业成功经验的梳理,结合河南农村养老模式的成功实践,剖析河南农村养老设施投入、养老服务供给、长期护理保险、从业人员素养和智慧养老等方面存在的问题,从强化政府主导、完善多主体服务供给、创新农村居家养老模式、建立多元化投资体制、加强对养老机构监管、注重医养结合服务人才培养、培育智慧养老新模式等视角提出针对性策略。By combing the successful experiences of pension service industry in rural areas in Germany,Japan and South Korea and combining the successful practice of pension mode in rural areas in Henan,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the investment of pension facilities in rural areas,the supply of caring service for the elderly,long-term care insurance,practitioners’qualities and smart caring for the elderly in Henan.It proposes targeted strategies from the aspects of strengthening government leadership,improving multi-subject service supply,innovating rural home-based pension mode in rural areas,establishing diversified investment system,strengthening supervision of pension institutions,focusing on training talents of combining medical and nursing service,and cultivating a new model of smart pension.
