基于CiteSpace的国内外智慧物流知识图谱可视化分析

摘　　要：智慧物流作为一种现代物流发展新趋势,更具智能性和可靠性,成为中国物流行业改革与发展的明确方向。以CNKI和Web of Science文献数据库为数据来源,筛选近十年国内外相关文献,利用CiteSpace可视化软件围绕文献作者、机构、关键词等对智慧物流领域研究热点及趋势进行分析,对未来发展方向进行预测。结果显示:相较于国外,国内智慧物流研究开展较晚,但随着信息时代发展和国家的重视,其整体发文量呈迅速上升趋势;国外研究者及机构之间合作强度较高,而国内研究者与机构合作强度较低;研究热点主要集中在物联网、大数据、人工智能等与智慧物流的融合上,并从初期的供应链、物联网等向新零售、区块链等过渡。As a new trend of modern logistics development,smart logistics is more intelligent and reliable,which has become a clear direction for the reform and development of China’s logistics industry.This paper screens relevant domestic and foreign literature in the past decade based on CNKI and Web of Science literature databases,uses CiteSpace visualization software to analyze research hot topics and trends in the field of smart logistics in terms of literature authors,institutions and keywords,etc.,and predicts the future development direction.The results show that compared with the research in foreign countries,domestic smart logistics research was carried out late,but with the development of the information and the emphasis of the country,the overall number of documents issued showed a rapidly rising trend,that foreign researchers are in closer cooperation with institutions,while domestic researchers have little cooperation with institutions,and that the research focuses on the integration of the Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence and intelligent logistics,and the transition from the initial supply chain,the Internet of Things to new retails and block chain.
