摘  要:在北方集中供热地区,冬季热电厂运行时,新能源消纳空间被压缩,在局部地区出现了弃风、弃电率提升的问题。考虑热电厂的主动配电网级优化调度模型可减少配电网内风电弃电率,具有较好的应用前景。研究了一种可以有效增加风电消纳空间的双层调度模型,上层模型考虑燃料成本,满足系统供热需求为前提求解主网热电机组电、热输出和主网注入到配电网的功率。下层模型采用最优分时电价的负荷侧需求响应策略,结合配电网中的储能,求解各时刻负荷需求响应转移量,风电出力和储能出力情况。最后采用灰狼算法求解模型,验证调度模型的有效性。In the northern central heating area,when the thermal power plant operates in winter,the new energy consumption space is compressed,and the problem of abandoning phoenix and electricity rate is raised in some areas.Considering the optimal dispatching model of active distribution network level of thermal power plant,it can reduce the abandonment rate of wind power in distribution network and has a good application prospect.In this paper,a double-layer dispatching model is studied,which can effectively increase the wind power consumption space.The upper model considers the fuel cost and meets the heating demand of the system,and solves the power output of the main grid thermoelectric unit and the power injected into the distribution network by the main grid.The lower model adopts the load-side demand response strategy of optimal time-of-use electricity price,and combines the energy storage system in the distribution network to solve the load demand response transfer,wind power output and energy storage system output at each moment.Finally,the grey wolf algorithm is used to solve the model and verify the effectiveness of the scheduling model.
