摘　　要：通过深入分析大量已建工程的成本数据,归纳总结工程历史成本数据应用原则的基础上,以通风空调工程成本数据为例,进行基于案例推理的投资估算研究。首先利用SPSS软件进行相关性分析,获取通风空调工程成本的重要特征属性及特征权重,建立基于案例推理的投资估算预测模型。然后对特征属性进行量化处理并利用ACCESS软件构建案例库。继而,采用VBA计算机语言程序构建初步搜索与高级检索程序以检索相似案例。最后,以与目标案例的相似度为权重进行修正,得出目标案例预测值。结合实例,验证该模型的有效性。基于案例推理的估算方法,可以有效解决通风空调分部分项工程的投资估算问题,误差较小。This paper analyzes the cost data of a large number of completed projects and summarizes the application principles of historical cost data of projects.Then take the cost data of ventilation and air conditioning engineering as an example to study the investment estimation based on case-based reasoning.First of all,SPSS is used for correlation analysis to obtain the important characteristic attributes and characteristic weights of the cost of ventilation and air conditioning engineering,and a case-based reasoning investment estimation prediction model is established.Then the feature attributes are quantized and the case base is constructed by ACCESS.Then,VBA computer language program is used to build preliminary search and advanced search programs to retrieve similar cases.Finally,the similarity with the target case is used as the weight to correct the result,and the predicted value of the target case is obtained.An example is given to verify the effectiveness of the model.The estimation method based on case-based reasoning can effectively solve the problem of investment estimation of ventilation and air conditioning divisional and subdivisional projects with small error.
