工程造价市场化改革背景下新技术新工艺自主报价路径研究——以导向式微型顶管工程为例

摘　　要：结合工程造价市场化改革的行业背景,以导向式微型顶管工程为例研究新技术新工艺自主报价路径。首先分析导向式微型顶管工程施工工艺特征。接着参照定额编制原理,总结出新工艺自主报价五个步骤:工程分析和项目划分、人工费分析、材料费分析、施工机具使用费、生成报价方案。其中,人工、材料、施工机具等各种资源的消耗量根据现场记录和科学的统计方法确定,工日单价、材料单价、施工机具台班单价遵循市场竞价原则。To interpret the industry background of the market-oriented reform of project cost,take the guided micro pipe jacking project as an example to study the independent quotation path of new technology and new process.This paper analyzes the construction technology characteristics of guided micro pipe jacking project in detail.By studying the essence of quota and referring to the principle of quota preparation,five steps for independent quotation of new process are summarized:engineering analysis and project division,labor cost analysis,material cost analysis,construction equipment use cost,and quotation scheme generation.The consumption of labor,materials,construction machines and tools and other resources shall be determined according to on-site records and scientific statistical methods.The unit prices of man days,materials and construction machines and tools shall follow the principle of market bidding.
