居住性历史街区更新治理协同度评价研究——以南京小西湖项目为例

摘　　要：从主体协同、要素协同和可持续性三个维度确立协同度评价体系,构建居住性历史街区更新治理协同度模型,并以南京小西湖项目为例,测度该项目治理系统的协同度,识别治理中的薄弱点并分析成因,最后从参与机制、更新机制和加强居住性历史街区的活力塑造三方面提出优化策略。This paper establishes a synergy degree evaluation system from three dimensions of main body synergy,element synergy,and sustainability.And constructs a model for the synergy degree of renewal governance of residential historic districts,and takes Xiaoxihu Project in Nanjing as an example to measure the synergy degree of the governance system.This paper is dedicated to identifying the weaknesses in governance and analyzes the causes.Finally,it proposes optimization strategies from three aspects:participation mechanism,renewal mechanism and evaluation mechanism.
