摘 要:发展净零能耗建筑正逐渐成为我国建筑节能发展的新趋势。基于严寒、寒冷、夏热冬冷三个气候区的12项净零能耗建筑示范工程的建设及运行管理情况,本文从节能降耗技术、可再生能源的产能技术方面提出实现净零能耗目标的“无差异技术曲线”,并总结分析示范工程的技术特点及增量成本。研究认为净零能耗建筑的各类技术和市场逐渐成熟,增量成本正逐渐降低,应在技术经济合理的条件下,发展多元化的净零能耗建筑技术解决方案。The development of net zero energy buildings is gradually becoming a new trend of building energy efficiency in China.Based on construction and operation management of 12 net zero energy building demonstration project from the severe cold climate zone,cold climate zone,hot summer and cold winter climate zone,this paper from energy saving and consumption reduction technology,renewable energy capacity technology put forward the net zero energy building goal“no difference technology curve”,and summarizes the technical characteristics of the demonstration project and the incremental cost.The research shows that all kinds of technologies and markets of net zero energy buildings are gradually mature,and the incremental cost is gradually decreasing.Diversified net zero energy building technology solutions should be developed under the condition of reasonable technology and economy.
