摘 要:购物中心有较大的节能低碳改造潜力,传统改造方式不适应当前需求。基于相关文献和改造现状,结合某购物中心改造案例分析深度节能低碳改造路径。研究得出,除了对外墙进行保温处理、采用节能照明设备、使用变频技术的措施外,想要深度节能低碳,还需要行业制定统一合理的控制指标,采用数字化设备以及对智能系统的进一步调试升级。本研究期望为购物中心实现低碳目标提供参考。Shopping centers have energy-saving and low-carbon retrofitting potential,and the traditional retrofitting approach is not adapted to current needs.Based on the relevant literature and the current situation of retrofitting,a case study was conducted to analyze the path of deep energy-saving and lowcarbon retrofitting in conjunction with the retrofitting of a shopping center.It is concluded that in addition to the measures of insulation treatment of external walls,adoption of energy-saving lighting equipment,and use of inverter technology,to achieve deep energy saving and low-carbon,it is necessary to develop unified and reasonable control indexes for the industry chain,adopt digital equipment,and further debugging and upgrading of intelligent systems.The results hope provide a reference for shopping centers to achieve lowcarbon goals.
