摘 要:川西上里古镇的韩家大院是典型的木结构四合院民居。通过软件对建筑室内外的热环境、风环境进行数值计算分析,以围护结构、空间布局以及窗墙比等方面为切入点,探讨川西四合院民居的被动式节能优化策略,并证明优化策略具有一定的经济性。结果显示:增强围护结构的热工性能,冬季室内平均温度能提高1.1℃。增加南北向墙的开窗面积并控制窗墙比,能增大室内的平均风速。被动式节能优化策略在6.7a周期后,改造成本能够得到完全回收。Han family courtyard in Shangli Ancient Town in western Sichuan is a typical wooden structure courtyard house.Through the software analyzes the building’s indoor and outdoor thermal environment,wind environment numerical calculation,with the envelope structure,space layout,and window wall ratio as the entry point.This paper discusses the passive energy-saving optimization strategy of western Sichuan courtyard residential buildings,and proves that the optimization strategy has a specific economy.The results show that the average indoor temperature in winter can be increased by 1.1℃by e nhancing t he t hermal p erformance of t he enclosure structure.The average indoor wind speed can be increased by increasing the window area of the north and south walls and controlling the window wall ratio.After the 6.7a cycle,a passive energy-saving optimization strategy can fully recover the reconstruction cost.
