摘  要:以秦皇岛地区为例进行既有农村住宅围护结构热工性能对住宅耗热量与室内热舒适的影响研究。结合实地调研将秦皇岛地区农村住宅进行分类分析,并计算出三类农村住宅的各自热舒适区间。基于既有农村住宅能耗和室内热舒适情况,运用EnergyPlus软件对三类农村住宅外墙、屋面、外门窗、地面四个方面进行控制单一变量的模拟计算,提出适宜的改造措施,使其满足相关规定要求。Taking the Qinhuangdao area as an example,this paper studies the influencing factors of thermal performance of existing rural residential envelopes on residential heat consumption and indoor thermal comfort.This paper classifies the rural houses in Qinhuangdao area are classified and analyzed based on field research,and the thermal comfort zones of the three types of rural houses are calculated.Based on the energy consumption and indoor thermal comfort of existing rural houses,EnergyPlus software is used to simulate and calculate the control of single variables in the four aspects of external walls,roofs,exterior doors and windows,and ground of three types of rural houses,and appropriate transformation measures are proposed to meet the relevant requirements.
