摘　　要：目前,信用体系建设已成为保障建筑行业高质量发展的重要途径。基于此,本文从政府、建筑企业、第三方信用评价机构、环境的角度,建立建筑企业信用驱动因素指标体系。基于DEMATEL-ISM模型绘制原因结果图和构建多层递接结构模型。结果表明,19个建筑企业信用体系发展驱动因素被划分为三阶四层,根本驱动因素均源自政府方,其中,法律法规完善度是最根本的驱动因素,信用评价体系成熟度是最重要的间接驱动因素,建筑企业设立专门的信用管理制度和专职管理人员是最主要的直接驱动因素。At present,the construction of credit system has become an important way to guarantee the high quality development of the construction industry.Based on this,this paper establishes a construction enterprise credit driver index system from the perspectives of government,construction enterprises,third-party credit evaluation agencies and environment.Based on DEMATEL-ISM model,cause and result graph was drawn and multi-layer recursive structure model was constructed.The results show that the 19 driving factors of credit system development in construction enterprises are divided into three levels and four levels,and the fundamental driving factors are all from the government side.Among them,the perfection of laws and regulations is the most fundamental driving factor,the maturity of credit evaluation system is the most important indirect driving factor,and the establishment of special credit management system and full-time management personnel in construction enterprises is the most direct driving factor.
