水电工程定额人工单价调整方法研究

摘　　要：现有水电工程计价依据条件下,定额人工预算单价水平与实际市场人工价格差距较大,已不能完全满足市场需求,有必要对定额人工价格进行调整。从水电行业人工预算单价的基本构成出发,分析人工单价调整的必要性,同时通过对人工费影响因素及变化规律进行研究,探寻科学合理的人工预算单价调整方法,并推导和构建人工预算单价的计算公式,以期为更好地进行人工预算单价调整提供支撑。In the present pricing basis of hydropower engineering,a large gap between the level of the quota-based labor budget unit price and the manually price of real market,which is insufficient to meet market demand.It is critical to adjust the quota price to ensure dynamic management of engineering construction investment.Based on the basic composition of labor budget unit price in the hydropower industry,this study analyzes the necessity of manually price adjustment,and the influencing factors and their variations.This study also explores a reasonable and scientific method of labor budget unit price adjustment,establishes the calculation formula of labor budget unit price.It provides support for better adjustment of labor budget unit price.
